Recipe

You'll need

  • 1.5 oz bourbon (Knob Creek on the show)
  • 5 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1–2 oz club soda

Make it

  1. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the bourbon, pineapple juice and lime juice and stir.
  3. Top with a couple spritzes of club soda.

The first attempt had 3 oz of bourbon. Mike drank it anyway.
