You'll need
- 2 oz white rum (skip it for a virgin colada)
- 1.5 oz cream of coconut
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedge, to garnish
Make it
- Blend with a cup of ice, or shake hard and pour over crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple.
