Recipe

You'll need

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 2–3 dashes bitters
  • Splash of cherry juice
  • 2 cocktail cherries

Make it

  1. Stir the whiskey, vermouth and bitters with ice.
  2. Strain over a big cube.
  3. Add the cherry juice and cherries.

Erik's version adds cherry juice. A toast to his dad, who drank these.
