Recipe

You'll need

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Bénédictine (B&B on the show)
  • 3 dashes absinthe
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • Bada Bing cherries on a pick, to garnish

Make it

  1. Stir everything with ice until very cold.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with cherries on a pick.

A New Orleans staple, named after the old La Louisiane restaurant. Brought back after Erik's trip to New Orleans. The show used B&B because that's what was on the cart. Measurements are the classic recipe.
