Recipe
You'll need
- 2 oz bourbon (Weller on the show)
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey (or honey syrup)
- Cocktail cherry, to garnish
Make it
- Shake the bourbon, lemon and honey hard with ice.
- Strain over ice.
- Drop in a good cherry (their twist; the classic garnish is lemon).
No stove in the studio, so they used straight honey instead of honey syrup. Amounts are the classic recipe.
