You'll need

  • Guinness, about half the glass
  • Smithwick's
  • A splash of Jameson
  • 1 shot Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream

Make it

  1. Pour the Guinness and Smithwick's.
  2. Add the Jameson and the shot of bourbon cream.
  3. Drink quickly. The cream may start to curdle.

Shaun's on-the-spot St. Patrick's creation: four Irish-ish ingredients make a four-leaf clover. The recipe called for Baileys, but the store was out, so it got bourbon cream.
