You'll need

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz strawberry vermouth (keep it chilled)
  • 1 oz Aperol (or Campari for a more bitter classic)
  • Fresh strawberry, to garnish

Make it

  1. Stir everything with ice.
  2. Strain over ice and garnish with a strawberry.

Erik's sweeter take on a Negroni. Lesson learned: keep vermouth in the fridge once it's open.
