Recipe

You'll need

  • 3/4 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz amaro (Montenegro on the show; Nonino is classic)
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • A tiny paper plane, to garnish

Make it

  1. Shake everything hard with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe.
  3. Garnish with a paper plane.

Erik went fancy for Christmas week, garnishing with an actual paper airplane. Equal parts across the board.
